My name is Jen. I built the van of my dreams so I could travel around the country with my pup Ziggy while working remotely and save myself the trouble of multiple flights, car rentals, and Airbnbs. My van has allowed me to stay and go to many places traditional vehicles and RVs can't. It's also built with many luxurious and high end additions so I could live comfortably. Now I'm passing that luxury and adventure onto renters like you!

Run for the hills!!!!! First Red flag #1 - We rented a van from Jen who said she was in Solana Beach. Its turns out her Rental was really in Spring Valley. Red Flag #2 She had 1 rating If we knew it was in spring Valley We would have never rented from her. Red Flag #3 She told us to show up later because she was selling her van and had showing. I showed up for the rental and she was rude and commanded me read her rules from the get go. Red Flag # 4 No #2s in the toilet she commanded. Red Flag #5 She never had me sign any paperwork and she said she took all the photos needed. I happily drove the van to go on our trip. Halfway through the trip she kept harassing us. Her bass in her was too loud so we turned everything down on her equalizer. We took three pees in her old toilet because it smelled so bad. Other than all of that lameness. We had an amazing Trip but ……. I returned the van Monday morning cleaned out her van, filled her van up with gas tank 100% which she left it with 3/4 tank, I put all of her bedding and belongings back in her van that we never used. Cleaned out the smelly piss tank in the old toilet. sprayed off her van that was dirty when we got it. We got 2000 claim against us with a $45 processing fee claim saying we burned the side of her paint. We never lit or lit brought a candle in her van and her stereo speakers were broken $500 , and don’t forget about the $500 because we pooped #2 in her toilet which we 100 never did. Look on Reddit this is a common thing that happens from Scam artists like Jen. We have paid Outdoorsy 1000s of dollars renting from normal good humans and never had a problem with petty thieves like this.
PLEASE be careful when renting from Outdoorsy take lots of photos yourself even if the renter says they did and look out for people like this! Good people exist and so do bad ones thankfully we have more good ones than bad ones. Let’s hope can outdoorsy can weed out the #2s

Jen was great to work with and the van exactly as described. Had a super trip. Would definitely rent again!
