This was my first time renting and James helped me through the whole process. He asked all the questions I didn't know to ask. Delivery and pick up was smooth and easy. The RV is very nice and the bed is even more comfortable than my one at home. Highly recommend.

Everything about our experience was positive! James was an amazing host. He was set up on time. He took time to patiently explain how everything worked. The only call we needed to make he was quick to answer and eager to help. The Cougar Half Ton camper was our favorite to ever rent and stay in.
