I wish I could leave a 5-star and call it a day, however we had many troubles with our RV and rental process. They were great to book with, communicate with, and pick up from. The RV was nice, and was clean. Not brand new perfect, but nice. It is definitely used as a rental. We unfortunately had a lot of issues. The water quit working after the first day. There wasn't enough power to charge anything so we had to run the generator a lot (this is annoying to neighbors). The awning didn't work and the step to get in was stuck in a broken position. We thought there were utensils and towels, but never found any. We did have enough sleeping bags, pillows and camping chairs, so that was nice. The return process didn't go as smooth as we had hoped. I guess you have to do everything through the app and it needed to update or something. Overall, we had a great trip, and all was ok, but for $600/night we thought at least the water and battery would work.

We booked a week long trip a year in advance. 24 hours before pickup we were informed that the jacks, second bunkbed, awning, rear/side cameras, and holding tank sensors were all broken. The heads up right before the trip was disappointing.

Great experience beginning to end. Clean and comfortable RV with all the comforts of home and very helpful and friendly owners. Can't wait to plan another trip!

RV was spotless and so comfortable! Drove easy, great camera views and easy walkthrough during pickup. She was super responsive, very communicative and so helpful throughout our entire stay!
