Memories made on trips with Debra Fewster's RVs

The hosts (Debra and Matt) rented out numerous RVs for an event, but only had 1 driver (Matt) delivering them, resulting in our RV being delivered 3.5 hours late. We ended up missing our event that evening and when we requested a refund for the $500 delivery fee the host categorically refused and reprimanded us for not tipping her driver (her husband). The RV itself was definitely worn and needs a deep clean. We found fake nails and used bandages in the top bunk and a roach crawling around in the kitchen. There was a leak in the ceiling over the lounge chairs in the living area and we had to put a bucket underneath to catch the water. Be wary.

This was a Rock festival with over 200k people in attendance. We had no control over the lines getting in. I had 2 drivers working not one and we were 2 hours later then you expected. The other 1.5 hours was my driver waiting in line for your delivery. You didn't miss any events as you had the RV delivered a day early. You told me you had a great experience other then we were late. I didn't hear anything about your other issues until I didn't refund the delivery fee, which was 300 not 500. I pay cleaners to prep the RVs so I find the bandages and fake nails hard to believe since the bunks were freshly made beds for your trip. This mostly made up review comes from the fact that I would not allow you to bully me into a refund using the threat of a bad review. This behavior seems to be a normal mode of operation for some people like yourself.

Extremely Dangerous & Irresponsible

This guy wanted me to refund him 4000 for a 1700 rental. The tires were inspected prior to the rental and found to be in good condition. Excessive speed can overheat tires and cause them to blow. The water leak was caused by the renter connecting the city water to the black tank flush causing water to blow the valve. I called an RV tech immediately and paid 750 to replace the toilet. It was late evening when he called and the toilet was replaced early the next afternoon. Not 2 days. This happened at the beginning of his trip. He continued to enjoy the camper for the entire week then asks for a refund and compensation for issues he himself caused. The smoke detector fell from the ceiling during travel and was on the floor.

It was our first RV trip and we had a wonderful time! The RV we rented was fresh and clean and well equipped. It towed easily behind our Suburban. My only complaint is that as first time campers we could have used a little more in-depth training on how the electrical and plumbing systems function.
