Pros:
1. Liz responds quickly and was very nice to allow us to change our date to 2 days earlier than our original request.
2. The van is easy to drive and camps well when all items are working
3. The daily price is MUCH lower than similar camper vanWe ended up returning the van 2 days early. We requested a 1 day refund but Liz denied that request and said there was not a problem with the van. Upon arrival she gave us a quick overview of the van. We are experienced campers and had a travel trailer which we used extensively for 3 years so we were ok with this instruction. Upon arrival at our campground we set up and quickly discovered that the water did not work - only air and a few dribbles of water came out. We did not have a water hookup at our campsite but our water tank registered 3/4 full. We wrote to Liz and she said there must be air in the hose so we should find an external water source to flush the system. The next day we drove around looking for water and finally found it. I had to text here to ask where the hose was to hook up to the van (in the compartment in the drivers side door). We hooked up to water, turned it on and everything worked. We also filled the tank just to make sure we'd have plenty of water. We went back to our campsite and the water worked for a few minutes but then it started just trickling and shooting out air. We had to go to the restroom to get water in a wine bottle to take back to the van to clean the dishes. Very frustrating. We let Liz know again that the water wasn't working and we sent a video. She said we should try to go back to the water source and hook up and run the pump while the water source was turned on. Our campground did not have a water source and by this time we had had enough. We told her we would return the van the next day. A detailed inventory and detailed instructions would have made this a 5 star rental.

Had a great 3 nite trip with Liz’s RV. The layout with 4 captains chairs and the convertible couch to bed in the rear is spacious for the 22+ ft length. Parking and handling was easy. The tandem wheels in the rear add a lot of stability. I spent two 30F nites comfortably with the heater set at 70F. I’ll be back in the future for longer trips.

Liz was easy to work with and very responsive. The van is in great shape and was perfect for our trip to New England for the fall foliage. Tons of storage space and lots of safety features.

Liz is a pleasure to work with. She is responsive, helpful, professional and gracious in all circumstances. Her Sprinter Van was the perfect fit for our 2500 mile road trip to Key West Florida and back from North Carolina.

Great RV and services, owner is very nice and easy going; the RV is easy to drive similar to a big sized VAN, very smooth and powerful, great sight front and side when going through the oversea highway, electric kept on while moving it is convenient, truly enjoyed the experience!
