I'm not one that likes to leave bad reviews, but this host Annie leaves me no options. I have tried to resolve with her with no success.
Annie has been "ghosting" me on resolving an issue. The issue is she agreed I could pick the trailer up one day ahead of time in the afternoon with no extra charge. Although, at the pickup she said I had to fill out that I picked it up early, subsequently, I have been charged the extra day. After several messages back and forth she is ignoring me. Outdoorsy is trying to communicate with her also, but she is ignoring them also. There are several messages back and forth stating she will reimburse the early pickup.
On top of that, she charged me a $50 late drop-off fee when I text her and said I had it ready to be brought back 3 hours than when we first agreed. Then she says, just bring it back tomorrow, I have plans tonight.
On another note, in her description of her trailer in her profile she says it's "like new". Here are some issues I'd say about that:
The front window and screen would not open due to corrosion (important when your on a hot vacation"
The front door was difficult to lock, even she had trouble doing so at pickup
The safety cable for the emergency break on the hitch is broken

Such a cute camper! Easy to tow and maneuver. Easy to use and very comfortable. Annie was great with communication and was flexible with our pick up due to traffic which was very nice. I would definitely recommend trying out this Bambi!

Supportive and friendly hosts, lovely camper that is easy to handle. Was on the road with the Airstream for two months and had the best time.

We had a great time in the camper. We only needed it to park outside of my parents house because there wasn’t enough room for sleeping over Thanksgiving weekend up in Bishop. We stayed warm enough, but we didn’t use the kitchen or awning so I can’t speak to all of those features. We would absolutely rent again.

Bambi is adorable - we had a blast. Trailer is not stocked with much so need to make sure you bring everything you will need. I liked this because storage was empty and available for my stuff. Drop off and pick up were easy.

Our family loved this RV Bambi. Bambi was clean and fully equipped with everything we need for a short camping trip. Host Annie is very friendly and the check-in instruction was thorough and clear making sure that we were familiar with the operation of this RV. She was also very responsive on questions through messages making the entire trip pleasant and trouble free. Will rent again.
