Everything about the experience was great. They took the time to explain how everything functioned. They were very available throughout the process with answers to questions. We caused some damage to the trailer which we felt bad about and wanted to make right. They were more than fair in getting the damage fixed and were very understanding when they didn’t have to be. I would rent from the Bayles any time I could. Really good people to work with and the trailer is everything as promised and then some.

Great trailer and great couple. Very well taken care of and kurtis makes sure you know exactly how to use everything. Worked around my arrival time and return time.
