We own an RV rental business to be able to give everyone a chance to enjoy the experience without having to take on the hassle of buying an rv just for a one time or limited use. When I receive the confirmation from Outdoorsy for my contract, the delivery charge was $400. When traveling to location where RV was to be delivered, two hours away, I received notification from RV owner, Kam and Outdoorsy that they needed an additional $994 for delivery.. I had seven guests waiting for the delivery of the unit so I was forced to pay the additional delivery charges which I understand, was a miscalculation on behalf of the Outdoorsey company. Outdoorsy should have taken responsibility for this huge error.

Kam was extremely friendly and helpful. Trailer battery was dead when arrived and there was no water in the tank. But the sewage was empty. We were able to get water and the generator power. Trailer was good size for the festival.

Nice and new trailer. But if you’re wanting a set up for camping (dishes, cookware, bedding, etc it is NOT set up for that. We were provided with paper plates/cups etc, and there were no bedsheets and very poor quality pillows and blanket. Overall would not recommend for those wanting a set up trailer experience. But if you bring all your own stuff, yea sure it’s a decent trailer.

What an amazing experience! Kam was great to deal with, and the camper was wonderful. I cannot say enough good things about Kam and the rental. Would definitely rent again.
