I have rented RVs/trailers over a dozen times and have never had an experience like this. Julie was HORRIBLE to work with. She set the trailer up before we arrived and promised to send instructional videos showing us how to use various aspects of the trailer which never came. We arrived around 6pm Thursday. evening, I reached out to Julie to ask where the switch to the propane was to get the hot water heater working for showers, she never responded. We did not shower that night. Within a few hours an awful sewage smell filled the trailer. I noticed a leak coming from the bathroom sink I reached out to Julie immediately and she told me to just stop using the sink. I put a towel down and we stopped using the sink, the leak persisted so I reached out again and she told me we needed to switch the hoses between the black and gray tanks to drain it, no instruction prior to do this and no guidance on how to do this, but luckily we have camped a lot so my husband was able to do it. The tank was completely full even though we had just arrived and had hardly used any water. Even after the tank was completely drained, the leak continued, I continued to reach out to Julie and she told me to shut the water off completely which we did. We did not have use of any water- no sinks to brush teeth or wash dishes, no toilet or shower all weekend. Julie never once offered any help or a solution despite all of my attempts. Upon inspection from a fellow camper, they found the issue was with the p trap under the bathroom sink having a leak. Once I turned the trailer over to Julie she told us that we never drained the tank and the problem was from it backing up and that we broke the handle off the drain. However, I have videos and photos of us draining the tank completely and photos taken when we left the trailer that show the handle still in tact. She took my security deposit for the damages and told me she can't afford to refund me anything for the inconvenience because she needs the money from renting the trailer to make ends meet. Additionally, the trailer is in horrible condition - the oven does not work, there is dust and dirt everywhere, it looks much different than the pictures in the listing. DO NOT RENT THIS TRAILER, you will thank me later!

The RV was nice and clean. We did not have any issues. Loved the bunk beds for extra space. Two TV’s was a plus. Everything was easy to use. Plenty of closet space and nice kitchen area. Would definitely recommend if you need a lot of sleeping space.
