Good communication, quick responses. More then enough beddings & pillows, a ton of towels. Everything you needed to hook up to city connection. Keys to lock up all compartments and camper, the sense of security if we left the area. Fit our needs on timing of picking up the trailer and dropping it off. Awesome first outdoorsy camper rental. Everything went smooth as can be. We will definitely rent again from him. And highly recommend.
