The reservation process was great and easy; however, I was disappointed that our independent host was not going to be on site when we arrived at our location where the RV was being delivered. No walk through or person present to go over operations of the RV. When we arrived on location (we were emailed the door code that morning) we tried entering the door code several times and the door was malfunctioning and NOT opening. Myself and my friend traveling with me tried the code different ways and still would not open. We were able to find service on site to google what would be the problem as to why the door would not open. I tried pushing on it with no success. Got a hold of Outdoorsy via phone to have them get a hold of Nock and have him call to give instructions. We were told by Nick he opened and closed it 3 times before he left the RV for us and it opened for him. He told us to push harder which took both of us pushing on the door with all our weight and putting the code in as we had done prior to get the door opened. Next, the refrigerator did not hold temp was barely cool and the freezer didn't keep anything frozen until Tuesday afternoon. We message Nick and was told it takes a few days for the refrigerator to get cold. We had to move our items to a cooler that day and get some ice. In short, the refrigerator never got cold enough to keep our foo mostly meat and cheese at a safe holding temperature to eat safely. Later told we had to keep Ice in the refrigerator at all times. This was not mentioned in the description of what was all included in the RV in Outdoorsy and not in writing in the binder in the RV. In the end we had to throw away our meat and perishables.

The RV was very comfortable, had all that we needed. Great space and very comfortable sleeping arrangements. Nick was responsive every time.

Nick is an amazing host. He went above and beyond accommodating my large family in town from Chicago to ensure our trip was flawless. He even used his own personal tools to help fix a hitch issue on my truck. The RV was immaculate and included everything a family of 7 could ever need. Communication was great before during and after the trip. We took the RV North to the Grand Tetons and had a blast. The pricing was also the best I found in the Denver/Southern Wyoming area. I would rent from him again if I’m ever in the area again.

The camper was wonderful! Cleaned and stocked with necessities. They gave us a walkthrough when we picked up but were also incredibly responsive anytime I messaged him with questions. His availability and flexibility made the trip a breeze! Can’t wait to book with him for the next trip!

Nick and his wife were awesome. Excellent communicator from the moment we inquired about it until the time it was returned. Their camper is gorgeous and they gave us a full run down on everything and answered all our questions. We were blown away that they had all the linens and cookware ready for our use and even an outdoor kitchen. It was truly camping ready. We were able to leave half our things in the car because they had thought of everything. I would definitely rent this camper again and would recommend to friends. Thanks guys for an amazing weekend with your beautiful camper!
