We rented the trailer to be delivered. Morgan was timely in her responses and delivery, and very accommodating with our requests. The whole weekend went off without a hitch...

The communication with the host was very easy and great. We had a few questions during our trip and they were answered quickly. We had a user issue on our return and we needed to call roadside assistance. Although we paid for the issuance that includes roadside assistance we were still going to be charged for any repairs. Thankfully we figured it out. I will use Outdoorsy again but go for the cheaper insurance option.
