About the RV Pocket: New 2022 Winnebago Solis Pocket Van Up that is perfectly equipped for almost any adventure. Located in Central California, Fresno 60 minutes’ drive from Yosemite and Kings Canyon National Park, 45 minutes to Shaver lake, 1 hour to China peak Ski resort and 3-hour drive to LA, Carmel by the Sea & San Francisco. This Van sleeps 2 adults with dinette, lagoon table, front swivel seats, 5 USB ports, multiple 12 volt power points, AC/DC, 12 Volt Refrigerator & Freezer, 5 Gal propane tank, 20 Gl fresh water, outside shower (no hot water), AC Unit with AC power (only hookups), build in Truma propane heater & fold down exterior table with two additional chairs, 2-burner range w/glass cover, kitchen with single sink and 300 Watts Solar Panels. Pick up time 9am to 3pm & delivery time by 4pm. After 5pm $150 for late fee. 100 miles per day included. Anything over at $0.50 per mile $100 fee for cleaning and dumping. Amenity List. Kitchen: Dish soap, multi-purpose cleaner, dish washing sponge, two bowls, two cups, two plates, cutlery for two, sauce pan, boiling pan, kettle, French press, cutting board, collapsible sink, paper towel, big salad bowl, salt & pepper, trash can & trash bags, wine opener, bottle opener, cooking utensils. Bedroom: Sheets, duvet (spring-summer time), two pillows with covers. Living: Two camping chairs, one camping table, external shower, cover & mat, two internal mats & dinette sit covers, windshield-side windows blackouts, and a 5-gallon of propane. Tools (IF you had a flat tire at the park): Spare tire, set of ratchets, heavy duty jack, 4-way wrench, dumping hose & external hose. Note: Van uses regular gasoline, it is not a 4x4 and doesn’t have a toilet. Other things to note: No smoking, vaping, or drugs. Renter will be responsible for professional cleaning and will forfeit deposit if there are signs of smoking, vaping, or drug use. Thank you
