We booked a trip to Port Aransas with this RV. Stephanie answered all my questions during booking, delivered the RV to the RV park on time, did full hooked up for us, and went over the basics with use before she left. The RV was clean, and in great condition, with everything working except we couldn't get the RV to cast from our phones or using the RV park wifi, but luckily it didn't rain so we were never stuck inside to need it. There is a ton of room in the RV, most of the things we needed were provided including bedding, bath towels, dishes, utensils, small appliances, camp chairs, cleaning products, papers and plastics, first aid kit (except the panini press, spatulas, tongs, mixing spoons, fire extinguisher, or camp end table.) When I reached out with questions about how to get the gas oven working, she responded quickly and was very nice. The AC units worked great, water pressure was good, and we were able to hook up our portable fire pit to the RV propane port easily. We cleaned the RV after we packed up our truck , and left the keys with the RV park before we left and Stephanie arrived to pick up the RV before the checkout time. Easy peasy. If we go to Port A again, we'll definitely rent from Stephanie again. The only thing I'd do differently the next time is bring my x-chock stabilizers. What a fantastic experience. Highly recommend!!
