Camper was not as described the awning was broken and removed, the radio did not work one of the beds had no bedding so was basically useless, the tanks had not been dumped.or issues with sensors the fold out bed was broken had to use ice chest to hold up when folded out and the other secondary bunk also was broken. I would definitely not return to this person again for further trips. Unless all these issues had been properly addressed.

Thank you for your response.
1. The awning was damaged during a wind storm and has been removed for safety concerns. We have contacted our insurance and warranty and they are working on replacing it.
2. The radio does work. To turn on you have to hold the button down until the screen lights up. I will admit it does take a moment for it to wake up but it does work properly.
3. All beds have bedding. I have bought extra and made sure it is stored in the storage under the master bed. I also bought extra pillows. They camper will truly sleep 8-10 people.
4. The tanks not being dumped falls on the renter and they have been contacted. If you had to pay an extra fee please provide the receipt and we will refund you. If it was not the previous renters fault, and indeed is the sensors, I will contact the dealership and have them test and replace the sensors. Again this falls under warranty and I can only do as much as they “let” me. But it is being looked into.
5. The pull out bed on the couch has been fixed. A bolt came loose and fell out but has been replaced.
6. The bottom bunk had a hardware failure resulting in the wood frame splintering. The bracket has been replace and the wood frame sanded down smooth. As for the other bunk not having a mattress. I finally received the new mattress and has been replaced. So both bunks are functional.
7. We also talked about the outdoor kitchen upon your return. I also tested the kitchen and it worked properly as well. The fridge runs off of power but the range is gas. I cooked linch on it for my kids and it worked great.
