About Chris D's RV rentals
Our first Big Trip included two Support Ladies (Captains), 12 others, and Pinkie (Dashboard Dog). We drove to Jackson Hole, Wyoming, met the other 12. We then rode our bicycles ~500 miles to Missoula, Montana, meeting our awesome Captains for lunch, shade and liquids. The next year we drove to Calgary and met one of our Buddies who flew. We started our ride in Banff and did a 450-mile trip around the amazing Canadian Rockies.

Chris was a conscientious host. He returned our phone call late at night when we had a question. We found him very easy to work with and enjoyed our trip. Having the motorhome helped ensure my 91 year old mother had a comfortable journey. Pick up and return went smoothly. I would rent from him again.

Chris was an absolute gem! He was very understanding and accommodating of our late arrival. He thoroughly explained all elements of the RV and was readily available for any issues. Chris did an excellent job preparing for our rental and explaining all the RV features. He went out of his way to be accommodating during a difficult and busy time of year. The RV was well equipped and everything functioned as it should. It was also surprisingly easy to drive and good on fuel. We will most likely be renting this vehicle again.

Cliff did a great and thorough job going over the camper. Worked out great for our short camping trip, was stocked well with equipment - outdoor rug, chairs/table, grill, and plenty of kitchen equipment.

We had a great time and the RV was great. The owner Chris even was willing to stay at the Grand Rapids Airport drop off point until our delayed flight arrived at 1AM in the morning! I highly recommend him and his RV. Thanks Chris.

The RV was perfect for our adventure, well maintained so no mechanical mishaps, the ride was so comfortable and all the amenities were updated for a wonderful trip. I live this site, its notifactions so convenient & the ease of commincating with the owners took all the anxiety out of the reservation. I plan to do plan another trip because of my wonderful experience. Keep up the good work!

Great trip with "iRV". Chris was very professional and thorough in going through things on the RV. He responded instantly on a couple of questions we had on the road. He has even taken the time to document all of the things that customers have questions on which we referred to several times.

Chris did a very thorough pre-departure briefing. iRV behaved well during the trip. The A/C was completely adequate for our sunny beach weekend -- the star of the show.

Very unfortunate experience with Chris D. The RV was not clean when we arrived for pick-up (urine on the toilet seat, items stuck behind the slider wall, stove unclean). When we pushed the slider button, a piece of trim snapped because there was an item stuck behind, this was out of our control. We were charged $75 for the trim and also charged $50 for inside cleaning when it wasn't clean to begin with. In addition, stove was mentioned as not being clean but we never used the stove. I also washed all of the coffee cups so unclear what this is about. We are willing to pay the late fee and empty, but would like to dispute the clean and trim repair fee.

Dana and her husband rented iRV for eight nights. Despite the Renter complaints, Outdoorsy's Dispute Resolution ultimately sided with us, not with the Renter.

Chris and Traci were great to work with and we had a wonderful week with their RV. Our third Outdoorsy rental, this was the best. After resolving a minor electrical issue the first day the RV was great--perfect size for driving and plenty of room inside. Lot's of extras thrown in too. A wonderful way to tour Michigan!

Great overall experience! Chris was very accommodating with both pick-up & delivery, and also scheduled a time prior to walk thru the RV and explain the set-up and features. The camper was great, clean, and everything worked well. Was a great solution for our daughter, who's 2.5 & 4 month old were super comfortable. Camper slept 4, daughter & husband on the pull-out with the inflatable mattress, granddaughter on the back bed, and grandson in a pack & play in between. a little cramped, but better than the kids packed in a tent. Fridge came in handy, lots of food to keep cold. Camper drove nice. Overall a very good ex[experience!
