Excellent responsiveness and clarity from Yen. Punctuality and at the same time flexibility for our needs. The Van was clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen and bedding. We could have used more blankets, as we were unable to get the heater to work at night. Fortunately, we brought our blankets and pillows with us. One of the blackout curtains did not work. We slept three adults, but we felt tight; two adults would be a good number. The Van drives nicely, with a surprisingly good gas mileage. Will rent it in the future!

It’s a great RV for beginners and the best part is I have a great host who was always there to answer my questions. RV is in a great condition, it looks fancy, luxurious and run smooth.
It does make a big difference when your host is responsive, Rest is secondary.
Random issues and things could happen during your rental and you can’t control them, but what is more important is getting an answer right away, that’s what I liked about my host, Yen. I would surely rent it again.

I had the worst possible experience with dirty everything (sheets, pillows, moldy food left overs). Heat did not work and put my family in a dangerous situation with freezing temperatures and small children. We had to cut the trip short and asked for 50% back and got 300 out of 1100 dollars back.
