Interior was very clean. Exterior and windows were not worthy of 5 stars, but overall nice trailer!
Would like to see some basic things like a few more place settings of dishes/dinner ware, and a coffee maker with coffee cups.
Birch went above and beyond to make it a good experience, especially when I got locked out somehow (Have him go trough the the inside lock system) and he made a late-night trip to unlock it. Thanks Birch!!

I had a feeling when I picked up the trailer from Birch things were not going to end well. He pointed out some tiny scratches on the rear of the trailer made by a previous renter. I would consider them typical wear-and-tear, especially for an RV but Birch said he'd required a settlement from the renter. It was too late for us to change plans at that point, so we moved forward with the rental, being as careful as possible with the trailer and returning it a week earlier than planned. Birch refused to give any refund and made an issue out of scuff marks that could easily be buffed out. I offered to go with him to a place to fix the issue but he declined and made a claim for our full security deposit.
Traveling by RV is such a fantastic experience. Why tarnish it by ending the trip with a dispute? Rent from someone else.

Toby, I was very clear with you when pointing out the previous damage/scratches on my Airstream as I handed it off to you for your trip. I let you know that kind of damage is not considered "typical wear and tear". At least you acknowledge having that conversation with me. You returned my Airstream with multiple scratches, and a dent in the aluminum body, and then you complain on my profile because I made a claim to have the damages repaired(?) You're darn right that I made an issue out of it! Why are you surprised? If you thought the damage could be "easily buffed out," you should have done so prior to returning it to me. I do agree that an RV trip should not be tarnished by a dispute. If you ever do rent from someone else, I hope you take responsibility for any damages you cause to their RV instead of fighting about it.

Our trip was a huge success and we loved every minute of it. Birch's Airstream and Ford F-150 were fantastic. Coordinating with Birch was easy and he had everything ready to go for us. We dry-camped in state and national parks, stayed with Harvest Hosts, and in an RV Park. The rig was perfect for each experience. Thanks for a wonderful opportunity, Birch!
