The tag had a smoke smell and was older and worn. Had I seen the inside condition, I would have ordered a different tag or sleeper.
The bed was comfortable, I would have preferred newer condition.
Mark was very attentive and the communication was good.
We were rained out so only slept one night out of three.
The tag served its purpose.

My family of 4 rented Forest River Wildwood 26' RV from Mark for our Memorial Day camping trip. The RV was clean, in great shape, and exactly what we were hoping for. I might have convinced the wife that camping can be fun after all.

We slept comfortably and enjoyed the camper for sure, but it's a bit on the run-down side. The AC struggled against a warm April day (I think it was 84) - it just never got cool, while our neighbors were freezing their butts off in their campers. I don't know that it made a difference at night since it was around 68 at night anyway. The stove doesn't work, so be sure to pack a camp stove.

The camper worked well. The beds were pretty comfy. It came stocked with mugs, plates, an electric burner, towels, as well as pillows and bed linens. A/C worked but did cause some leaking down the seam of the camper and into the corner of the bed, making it wet. The weather was cool so we just used the fan at night, which was sufficient. Mark went out of his way to accommodate us. We had a good experience.

The pop-up camper was good, considering the price, it was very reasonable. The AC worked well. Mark delivered, setup, and picked up the camper without incidents. The only setback was that we were not able to use the stove. But overall, it was a positive experience dealing with Mark and using this pop-up for our camping adventure at Fort DeSto.

Mark is great! Ours was a last minute request for a Saturday night rental and he made everything happen very easily. He will be our first call the next time we need a camper

The popup was fine but the air conditioner is not adequate to cool the popup in the Florida heat except at night. The air conditioner also leaked water on the floor from condensation pretty badly. We kept a towel there in front of the a/c unit and changed it out at least 4 times because it was sopping wet.
