We could not have had a better experience with Steve and this pop-up camper. First, about the camper, it was super clean, well maintained, decorated, and we had no problem with setup/takedown. We drove from DC to Plymouth; WI and it was so smooth we barely noticed it on the highway. I drive a 2019 Toyota Hybrid and had zero issues towing it. Steve was awesome from start to finish, he worked with us to make sure we had everything we needed, including linens, camping chairs, grill, all which made for an epic camping trip. He provided videos of how to operate the camper and was available if we had any issues, which we had none. We are planning our next trip already and look forward to using this camper again!
