Lorenzo was a very attentive host, always getting back to us quickly with answers to our questions. He thoroughly explained everything about the trailer, including when we had questions during our trip. The trailer was in good shape, extremely well stocked and easy to use. There were a few minor issues such as broken glides on one of the drawers (it was still useable though), one outlet that did not work, and a small leak under the bathroom sink that we were able to fix. We spoke with Lorenzo about these issues and he said he was going to get them fixed. With the issues fixed we would definitely rent the trailer again.

As a first-time RV trailer renter, I wasn't sure what to expect, but Lorenzo made the entire process incredibly easy. He was responsive, easy to communicate with, and took the time to walk me through everything from start to finish. It was clear he genuinely wanted to make sure I felt comfortable and confident before hitting the road. Thank you!
