About Jessica's RV rentals
Hey y’all! We are the Maselbas family. Both Brad and Jessica are Florida born and raised but found our home nestled in the heart of Western North Carolina 14 years ago. While Brad juggles being an Engineer (the cool dude who drives the fire truck) for the City of Asheville and owns his own tiling/remodel business, Jessica is a Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams. We have two beautiful boys, Kiptyn 11 & Copeland 6, and are obsessed with our 4 year old yellow lab Ophelia. On any given weekend or weekday, you’ll find us at all the local farmer’s markets, sipping on our fave local brews, shopping local, floating down the river, attending all our local festivals, hiking, fishing, catching the summertime lightning bugs, and hitting up all the best watering holes. This place is truly magical!

Jessica was so responsive and helpful. Her driver, Coy, delivered the tv right on time and set it all up. We had never used an rv rental before - I would rent this adorable camper again!

The camper was great. It pulled nicely, and the beds were comfortable. There was a small problem with the electrical but Jessica was very attentive to it and they even came out to our campsite and fixed the problem immediately. I highly recommend.

The rv was great, very clean and cozy. The host as well were great,jessica was very helpful with her support getting us set up with our first rv rental. We have owned rvs for 25 years and sold ours but still wanted to camp so we tried the rental. We will probably never do it again due to the responsibilities a renter can be liable for. As we all know all rv’s are cheaply made which made us worry about what would break and what we would be accountable for, to the point of sitting in a chair and breaking, opening cabinet doors and hinges falling out and breaking this breaking that. We did actually break a glass piece on the stove and quickly told jessica about it, she was very understanding, after it was all done we settled up for our mess and damage. At the end of the trip jessica notified us of some table damage that we seen at the beginning of the trip and we thought it was original damage. I should have notified her immediately when we noticed but didn’t. We ended up settling up on the table damage due to some pics that were made after setting up the camper for us. Again as said at the beginning anything that breaks the renter will be held reliable, so those that are renters know that before renting. For me it’s not worth renting and worrying about anything that could break. Jessica and her husband were very understanding and great to deal with and appreciate working with us getting some of the items replaced/repaired.

As with renting anything else in life, the renter is liable for any damages. As you could see in our photos, which are dated and timestamped for this very reason, there was zero damage to the table at time of delivery. We appreciate your honesty and respect. We had a wonderful weekend at Davidson River Campground with this rental. The RV was amazing and a great experience renting overall. Will definitely rent again.

This was such a great idea-the hosts helped us set up the RV bc it was our first time ever using one. It was stocked well with everything we needed, the beds were foam mattresses with cozy bedding, we even had a black stone to make breakfast on and foldable rocking chairs to enjoy coffee in. It slept four comfortably (could fit more). We didn’t want to leave! Thanks for a great first RV experience!

Jessica and Brad have the best RV to rent and make the whole experience amazing. The set up was beyond what I expected and Brad even set out chairs and spent time showing me everything. The RV has everything you need to make your camping experience fun and easy. Plus the RV is super clean and comfortable! Loved the little outdoor kitchen it comes with. We had all our meals outside! A perfect trip!

Our family of 4 rented this camper for a weekend at Merlefest and loved it! The camper was so clean and well appointed. Everything we could possibly need was available for use, so, of course, we overpacked. The decor was charming and the beds were extremely comfortable. Communication with Jessica and Brad was excellent and they were very accommodating. We would love to rent from them again! Thank you!

Excellent experience during the whole process! From beginning to end Jessica & Brad communicated with us for months in advance, answering all our questions. They made ever aspect of the process easy for us and we had an amazing time. Would definitely rent from them again in the future without a doubt!

Myself and two kids rented this camper for a few days over spring break to take to Jellystone instead of renting a cabin. We are so glad that we did!! As a single mom I was super nervous about it being too difficult for me, but they not only sent me a step by step video, they also let me come by for a quick in person lesson on the important stuff to ease my mind. I felt very confident and the trip went perfectly. Everything, I mean EVERYTHING you need is fully stocked. They even provided several games as rain was in the forecast. All we needed was literally our clothes and food. The beds were super comfy and it was so cutely decorated. They were super flexible from the time of booking to the day of return. We will definitely rent again soon!

We loved this little camper. It was up to date, clean, and perfectly appointed. Perfect size for easy maneuvering. Jessica and Brad were more than accommodating and extremely communicative, which I always appreciate. The kids had a blast. Would love to rent it for our next adventure!

Not my first time renting an RV/Camper but definitely the best. This thing needs nothing. Jessica sent me a video the night before my rental, and I immediately went out to my truck and removed an entire tote of supplies. I still brought too much stuff.
