Brandon was very helpful prior to the trip to make sure my questions were answered. Despite all my questions, we forgot the right sized ball for our receiver. Brandon's day of check-ins served as a great reminder and gave us time to work out a back-up plan to make sure we could get on our camping adventure. He made sure we knew how to use the features and checked in to see if we had questions during our weekend.
