Hi! We are new RV owners and are super excited to embark on new adventures while sharing our home on wheels with others. We are a family of 6 plus a dog and enjoy family vacations to cities, national parks, historic sites, theme parks and visiting family in other states. Our combined travel experiences (as children, singles, a couple and as a family) include 45 states, 9 countries and 4 continents. The Free-Spirit Freelander has seen 6 states with us so far!

Everything was great! The camper was just as described, in excellent condition. Owners were more than helpful — great customer service and very quick responses. We would happily rent this RV again. Lots of sleeping areas! We were a family of 6 and had no issues.

We had such a wonderful time on our trip with Jen and Steve's Free-Spirit Freelander. We took the RV on a long road trip with our two kids (ages 5 and 1) with camping stops along the way. This is our first experience with an RV, and Jen and Steve did everything they could to ensure that we had no issues. They are excellent communicators with almost immediate responses to messages, and they gave a thorough orientation to make sure that we were comfortable with the functionalities of the RV. The vehicle itself is spacious and comfortable with enough space for the kids to move around. It is also very clean and well-maintained with very thoughtful additions and supplies. Everything worked properly, and, even as first time users, we had no problems. I am by no means a big outdoor/camping person (think more spa and shopping), and even I am up to another trip in the future. Thank you Jen and Steve for a great summer trip that we will remember always!

Awesome first experience for our family thanks to Jen\Steve! Communication from start to end was 10/10. It was our first rental experience and they took the time to show us how to use everything. The RV was better than the pics. Will definitely be using them again.

We had an excellent experience with this RV and with Jen & Steve. They were very helpful leading up to our rental and were highly responsive to a few “how to” questions we had during the trip. The RV was just like the photos online, and it was nice and clean when we arrived. I would highly recommend renting from Jen & Steve whenever you are in the Chicago area!
