Rachel and her husband are super kind folks and very accommodating. We had an issue with one of the black tanks not draining and backing up upon arrival to our resort. Luckily the resort had nice bathrooms with full showers so we adjusted fine to not using the on-board restrooms. After a solid few attempts trying to free the clog with no success, Rachel took care of us by offering a refund for the inconvenience. Very thoughtful of her to do that, we're grateful. Overall, the camper was great for our family of 6. Plenty of space and comfort for our stay on Grand Lake and everything, besides the septic issue, worked great. Rachel and her husband will surely rectify the issue and we would be glad to rent their camper again. We pulled the camper with a 3/4 Duramax diesel and the camper pulled like a breeze, great trailer brakes as well. All in all, we had a great trip and we're thankful that we got to use this awesome camper. The memories my family shared this weekend will last a lifetime. Thanks y'all!

Rachel was a great host! Our family was affected by the recent natural disaster, however, Rachel made it easy to work with and was quick with communication and updates. We will definitely not hesitate to use her camper for our future endeavors.

What an awesome experience! Host was quick to respond and so easy to work with! Camper was clean and ready to go. This camper is in great shape, easy to tow, and gets ice cold inside during the 100 degree heat! Will be renting from them again!

Great camper with comfy bed. The shower could have been cleaner and wish I would have had some drop in pods for the sewage tank.

Great camper for a week of summer camping with our 2 young kids in the Arkansas heat! Rachel was great to work with and made setup/pickup a breeze. Would easily book with them again!
