I was recommended this app through family who has had great experiences with their host, but this was the worst experience I’ve ever had. As someone who has owned a camper for years & this being the first time that I’ve had to rent a camper this has been a complete mess. It started off with the host driver getting sick & I had to pay an extra fee on top of what I already paid to accommodate her the day before the start. Then the host parked the camper in the wrong site spot & lied to my family telling them that I told her it was ok to do that when we never spoke about that at all!! The fridge didn’t work & she knew that but still left the camper. The power was out the entire trip we spoke to roadside asst who said it was the charger & the host never sent a specialist out to fix the issue!! Luckily this was an annual family trip & family was all around to help not let my food spoil & give me a heater to keep me warm, as an 80yo woman this could have been horrible for me!!! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS HOST!!!!

This RV was everything and more. The space inside made it convenient and extremely comfortable for everyone. All the amenities was also really nice to have, we were able to have home cooked meals which was great. If you plan on having a trip with your friends I’d highly recommend this RV.

We have rented numerous trailers from both businesses and personal owners over the years and this rental experience was by far the best. Elizabeth was always prompt in her reply's to my many questions (no waiting until the next day to get info). She went above and beyond when it went into preparing the camper for us. We slept 7 adults (all had their own bed) and they were very comfortable. The linens provided where very nice and the complimentary snacks and beverages were just icing on the cake. The camper itself was in immaculate condition and everything functioned perfectly. We had the camper delivered to an obscure location in the middle of the desert and her delivery driver was not only able to find us, but was on time (this has never happened with other deliveries in the past 8 years). We will definitely be renting from Elizabeth again next year....maybe even multiple units! Thank you again Elizabeth and Delivery Driver!

We reserved to rent, an RV travel trailer, a couple months ago. We were leaving on our trip last Thursday and on Monday evening we got a message from the owner and Outdoorsy stating our rental was canceled. It seems who ever rented the trailer crashed it and it might be totaled. So we scrambled to look for another available with 3 days notice and we found Eli. She had also rented out her trailer but the renter had to cancel. This opened it up for us to rent. The trailer was delivered, set up, and was perfect, like new. My wife and I would certainly rent from Eli again.
Last thought, Outdoorsy was great moving our money from one rental to the other. Things happen in life but we were blessed to have it turn out so nice. Thank you Eli and thank you Outdoorsy!

The experience , communication and cleanliness were excellent . The trailer was ready to go. Water, battery were full. The generator was heavy and cumbersome but there is no way around it if you need powerful AC.
