Jess and Jonathan went out of their way to accommodate my family last minute for Memorial Day weekend. It was my first time using Outdoorsy or even camping in general. Four other renters accepted my request then cancelled but Jess called me right away and explained everything and even walked me through the Outdoorsy App! The RV was immaculate and had everything we needed already inside. It was super comfortable and the air conditioner was great! Jess dropped off the RV right to our campsite and set everything up on her own. She took the time to even explain what she was doing when I asked a million questions lol. Both her and Jonathan went above and beyond all expectations I had and I am very appreciative of it! Highly recommended! Fantastic communication and friendly! A+++ ❤️

This camper was spotless, comfortable and exactly as described. Our hosts were available, thorough and quick with both check in and check out ……100% highly recommend.

The RV was perfect. Girls trip with three generations. We loved the fact that is was delivered and set up for us. The owners were easy to work with, answered any Qs, went over the RV after set up. We all agreed we’d happily rent this again. Next time for a much longer trip. The RV is spacious and beds are comfy!

The owners were very responsive to all of my questions. The camper was VERY clean. Everything we needed was available for us inside the camper. There’s was plenty of storage. This was perfect for our family and will definitely rent again!
