Hi, friends! We are Rusty and Amanda from the great state of Washington. We absolutely love our state and traveling around to other new places. We have two wonderful boys and full-time careers that keep us immensely busy. Even with our packed schedule, preparing our toy hauler for families to enjoy has brought our family so much joy. We are so excited to be your host and truly hope you will make amazing memories in the Eclipse.

We rented Amanda & Rusty's trailer for the groom's party to have a private place to sleep & get ready for our campground wedding. Communication was good & dropoff and pickup went smoothly. It's a spacious and comfortable trailer which drew compliments from those who were inside of it. There were three minor areas where our experience with other Outdoorsy rentals for ourselves & our guests went smoother, which collectively held me back from a full 5* rating:1 - The trailer listing could have been more accurate & upfront as to what was included and what wasn't... The detailed list of amenities in the listing was inaccurate (it says no hot water, no bathroom sink, other things clearly included), and some basics that I took for granted would be provided (and which our other rentals included) were not included - bedding, towels, etc. There wasn't even a can/bag to put trash. I was able to have a later-departing guest run by my house and grab these essentials, but I mention them here so future guests who may not have that easy option aren't caught off guard with an unplanned trip to the store/expense.2 - Several of the power outlets around the kitchen area weren't working. The host didn't mention this on delivery, and seemed unaware of the issue when I mentioned it at pickup. We were able to make do with the ones that were working since we didn't do any cooking in the trailer, but I mention it here for future guests who may be more reliant on the trailer's kitchen for their trip. Hopefully it's just a fuse and will be fixed before your rental.3 - Unlike our other rentals where negotiated fees were added to the reservation in advance and charged at the discussed price, Amanda & Rusty charge theirs against the damage deposit which (for a reason I'm sure is Outdoorsy's fault and I just haven't read the small print) came with a nearly 20% surcharge over the amount I was expecting to pay. An extra $19 wasn't a big deal in the grand scheme of things, but again the kind of thing that was a little different with this rental than our other Outdoorsy experiences and worth mentioning for future renters to consider.
