Back in 2020, my wife Julie and I were both busy corporate executives who decided to purchase our 24-foot Sunseeker RV to travel between our home in Nashville, Tennessee and our rural oasis in eastern Kansas that we call Gold Meadow Farm. Because of the pandemic, we wanted to avoid flying and hotels, so this seemed like the perfect way to transport ourselves and our two rescue dogs Faithful and Whitney. We also had dreams of embarking with our "pack" on multi-week, cross-country RV camping trips. But our corporate gigs kept us close to home and didn't afford us the luxury of extended time off to hit the road. So instead of just keeping our rig parked in the driveway, we decided to create our hospitality business Gold Meadow Adventures and list on Outdoorsy to give others like you the opportunity to experience the thrill of the open road in our modern, roomy and maneuverable RV. We understand the thought of renting an RV can be a little bit scary! That's why we take the time to answer any questions you have about the experience prior to booking, and will spend as much time with you prior to departure giving you a tour of the rig and answering any questions you have.
