We rented this travel trailer, and while the layout was perfect for our needs, there were some significant issues that impacted our experience.
On the positive side, the trailer was delivered on time, and the setup process was smooth. The layout was thoughtfully designed and worked well for our family.
However, the cleanliness and condition of the trailer were disappointing. Upon entering, we noticed a strong musty, mold-like smell. We also encountered three brown recluse spiders during our stay, which was alarming. It seemed as though the trailer hadn’t been properly maintained or thoroughly cleaned in quite some time before it was delivered to us. A simple light sweeping appeared to be the extent of the preparation.
I hope the owner considers addressing these issues because the trailer has great potential with proper upkeep.

We're sorry the camper didn't meet your expectations. We take pride in the cleanliness and upkeep of our campers and until now our customers have been extremely pleased with this unit. Upon return we found no evidence of spiders or any insects for that matter but campers do spend their lives in the woods and other areas where insects and spider exist. Thanks again for renting from us!

This was the best experience for my family. The RV was delivered, setup, and in impeccable condition. We will be doing this many more times this summer!

Rental was delivered to camp spot and was set up for us. I will definitely rent again when we visit the off-road park again.

Pros- outdoor kitchen was nice.
Cons- no communication from rental company. They substituted a different camper than what I rented and didn’t tell me. It was not nearly as nice as the one I reserved. No trash can. No can opener. Nasty pans in kitchen. When I asked about the incorrect camper afterwards they were very rude. Do not recommend.
