To begin, I would like to acknowledge the owner's accommodation in allowing us to retrieve the trailer a day ahead of our scheduled trip to facilitate our motorcycle loading and early departure. This gesture merits the one-star rating attributed to our experience.

Arlen was very responsive and helpful. More than anything we ran into a delivery issue which was our fault and Arlen was extremely patient and helped us get set up in an alternative location. You won’t find a better host. The rig itself was perfect for our family - lots of space and very comfortable. Arlen provided a new Honda generator which ran the aircon and everything we needed. Can’t rate this guy highly enough. Many thanks Arlen!

Great experience renting Arien’s toy hauler. It was exactly as described and he was easy to work with! There was plenty of space for our group and camper was in great condition!
