John was great to deal with in all aspects of the rental. The RV comes completely stocked with everything you need and there are no hidden charges or fees. John is upfront and honest and very responsive to communication. I felt that John genuinely wanted our family to enjoy the trailer. I highly recommend John and this trailer.
