About Keltie's RV rentals
We love summer just a little too much! We love camping and everything about it and now have 3 trailers...and obviously we cannot use at the same time. We have a Retro Surfide, 2012 Jayco 154 and and 2018 CLipper 17. So if we are not using them, we love to be able to rent them out for others to make memories just like we have. We deliver, pick up, or just meet us at home and we will help with hook up and do the walk through in the driveway. Lots of support, always available by a call or text.

I found this renter to be extremely unprofessional.
The trailer came generally cleaned, but was obviously not cleaned before last use. There was dust, debris and needed a wipe down and a sweep. There was random food items in the cupboards.
The renter agreed to put water in the trailer for my elderly mother to use, and they told us they forgot. Then they told me it would be ok to hook up the hose (mine is broken), if I told her not to put toilet paper in it when she used it (to "just put the pee pee paper in the trash") so they could "just dump it on the side of the road somewhere", OR as the 'husband' looks around my yard, points to my bushes and says "somewhere".
I was unhappy paying both drop off and a pick up fee. I didn't understand why after I paid for the whole thing through the website, I would need to pay now more to pick it up. I reluctantly agreed, but when they were pushing for cash, it seemed inappropriate. Especially after asking to do the deal under the table. The day they dropped it off, asked for the cash for pickup, then messaged me that night, and a couple times the next day about it. Then messaged me about needing to fill out something so they could get paid, and more requests for the cash on pickup, and a couple more times throughout the 'trip'. Then was very pushy near the end and told me it had to be done before pickup. I don't know if I should have paid it, but I did.
I also didn't know when they were here that there were as supposed to be a walk around for damage, and they didn't mention it at the time or at all. My Mum mentioned it, renting multiple cars before, and I looked at the contract. I did take pictures before the pick up, before they got here.
I felt uncomfortable meeting with them for the pick up, so I let them come when I was not here. My son old me they did a walk around with their camera after they loaded up the trailer and moved it to my front yard.
As well as tried to go around Outdoorsy, by asking me to cancel before th trip, and pay them cash.
