My family and I started our camping journey with a small, old pop-up camper. We then went to tent camping for about 3 years before finally buying an 18ft bunkhouse before child number three arrived. After using it on a trip to Glacier and Yellowstone before baby, and once on a short trip after baby, we decided we needed more room, so we moved up to this 28ft class KZ Sportsmen. It had all the space we needed. We then proceeded to use it on a 4 week trip/vacation/move from Washington state to Houston, TX where we now reside. It was absolutely the trip of a lifetime across 7 states, 5 national parks, and of course Disneyland! We can't wait to use it for many more family trips in the years to come, but figured we might as well share it with others as well. It's a great investment in family time! You won't regret renting this camper, and you just might find yourself buying one for your own family!
