About Rick & Linda's RV rentals

My wife and I enjoyed tent camping with our five kids on the shores of Lake Michigan when they were young, it was always the highlight of our summer. We graduated to a pop-up, then five years ago we renovated a 1969 Holiday Rambler, we loved it so we have done 2 more vintage Holiday Ramblers, Madelin and Ella. We are planning to add to our fleet in the future. We want to make it easy for other couples to enjoy camping in northern Michigan without the hassle of towing and setting up a trailer. We enjoy hiking, kayaking, biking and the Traverse City area is truly a paradise for you to enjoy. Rick & Linda Smith

Our vintage camper, "ELLA", brought back many pleasant memories of my
late Grandmother. Ella is simply adorable & we had so many other campers
stop by & ask to see Ella.
Our host Rick & Linda were there to greet us upon our arrival. They both were so very
helpful informing us about the history of Ella & their other vintage trailers, as well as
giving us instructions while staying in Ella. This is one adorable camper. We truly enjoyed
both our stay and meeting both Rick & Linda. You both are so kind!

This was the absolute best experience! We parked this extremely vibey, almost all-original RV right on the lake to use a little Honeymoon Chalet while we planed and hosted our wedding. It was a perfect get-away. Rick and Linda were absolutely awesome, so cheerful and excited to help. I couldn't recommend them more. My best to you, Rick and Linda!

Rick and Linda are great hosts. They were very helpful and they showed up right on time for delivery and pickup. Madelin was very cozy and just right for our needs. We appreciated the special touches like ingredients for s'mores and delicious coffee.

We rented Ella for my 87 year old mom for our annual 2 week camping trip to Young State Park. Ella was just right for her. Everything she needed was included. Several people stopped and took pictures of a old classic….Ella, not my mom🤭 Rick and Linda are very friendly and proud of their classic trailer.

Rick and Linda Smith were friendly, helpful, responsive. They set the rv up for me and gave me a tour. I stayed at Timberridge Resort the entire time. ‘Madelin’ is cozy, completely furnished, clean, and had some homey little extra touches that make you feel like a guest. The awning and chairs and table were wonderful refuge from the. Rain.
