This was our first RV experience. The trip was great and we had fun. When we picked up the RV, Pono explained all the features on the RV and it was helpful. Later on the trip we found out some of the RV accommodations were no operational, A/C doesn't work, the refrigerator door broken, the gas stove doesn't light up and also the overhead shade does not work. Overall the RV was good and easy to drive.
