Hi y'all! We're Tyler and Janet Townsend. While raising our 6 kids, we had great experiences tent camping. But now we only have 2 kids at home and we are ready for something new! It has always been Janet's dream to have a Class C motorhome ever since she vacationed in her grandparents' Class C many years ago. Our last 2 kids are thrilled! We love the outdoors and the adventures that are there. Our RV makes those adventures a little more comfortable. We want to share our RV with you so you can enjoy the outdoors in comfort, too. We've stocked it with things that help us feel like home. We look forward to meeting you! Happy RVing!

Great overall, some small deficiencies in the camper. Specifically the a/c in the driver cabin and leaks in the water connection. We were able to work around it by using the water tank and pump and running the generator while driving. Not sustainable for a long stay, but for the long weekend it was great. Nice owners as well.

They unit was perfect for our 6 hour round trip and was plenty of space for my family. The renters very extremely organized and friendly and made the process easy. We will definitely be renting from them again!

It was our first time with an RV and my family and I enjoyed so much, Tyler and his wife were very kind, explained everything about the RV, gave us great tips and made the hole experience easy and fun.

My family had a blast in the RV! Tyler and Janet were amazing to partner with. We traveled from Round Rock, TX to Nashville, TN with no problems. The RV was perfect and my young kids loved being able to sit comfortably during travel and even watch a movie. This RV was exactly what we needed. Tyler and Janet took the time to show us all the bells and whistles, were responsive and prompt if we had a question, and they were very prepared when we showed up to pick up the RV. We would absolutely recommend Tyler and Janet's RV and we look forward to booking with them again.

Tyler and Janet are great and my score of 3 reflects on Outdoorsy not them. On our third day of driving on our trip, the AC in the back along with the plugs, TV’s, microwave and refrigerator all went out. We flipped the breaker which got the refrigerator working again but nothing else. It was late evening when we arrived at our destination so no one was available to come out to fix the RV. We had a funeral to attend the next day, the purpose of our trip, so we could not wait around for a mechanic. We called outdoorsy on Sunday and were told someone would get back to us in an hour after trouble shooting the problem. I called back after not hearing anything for two hours or so. Went through the same trouble shooting process again and I was now told that roadside did not cover the problem but someone would call back with mechanic information but the owners would have to pay for the mechanic, again no one called back. Contacted Janet and Tyler who were more than willing to pay for the mechanic as soon as Outdoorsy found us one and just to have the mechanic call them for the payment. Went through this all day with no mechanic again. Went through this for two days before getting a mechanic on the third day which we had to wait several hours to get there. We spent 5 days with NO A/C other then the two front vents which only work if you have the truck running (wasting gas) because the other A/C is the one that works with the generator and cools the main parts of the RV and also no plugs to charge phones, no microwave and no TV’s to watch. We wasted quite a bit of our time trying to get the RV fixed as well as a day to wait for the mechanic. The fridge stopped working while on the “Auto” setting while we were sleeping on day 8 or so, we had to throw several perishable items out, only drinks were good at that point. We did switch it to the gas setting which did solve the problem for the rest of the trip. The refrigerator does take at least 5-6 hours to get cool however so this was the second time we had to throw food out since when we initially picked up the RV, the refrigerator had not been turned on and we did not know it would take that long to cool down so there was food that was questionable as well at that point. The side door latch pin started to slide out and we were locked in the RV a few times but my husband was able to get the pin back into the correct position so this did not happen anymore. The owners did issue us a refund of $100 for our trouble. Outdoorsy customer service dropped the ball entirely and our issue was not a priority for them even though the temperature those last two day’s were in the 90’s with no A/C!
Good points-the sleeping areas were comfortable and fit all six of us with no problem. Definitely the most comfortable trip as far as space to take a long trip with a lot of people and pets. The RV drove great and was a smooth ride. Janet has included just about everything needed for supplies even extra fuses should you need them. Again, Janet and Tyler were awesome and I would rent from them again however outdoorsy needs to improve the customer service and expedite service in emergency situations!

Tyler and his wife are really here to help you from A to Z. They are very nice people and the RV is very comfortable and comes with everything you need. Keep in mind this is a 28 feet RV so prior to booking check that roads and RV parks are suitable for this size.
This was our first RV experience and we will likely do it again.

Our family LOVED renting Tyler’s RV. The value for the money cannot be beat. It drove well, was efficient as RVs go, and when parked and plugged-in the AC was ice cold. We can’t wait to rent it again if still available.

Great customer service. Smooth ride. Comfortable interior.
The Townsends helped us out during our whole trip reponding quickly to any questions we had. Accelerating to highway speed was smooth. The comfy bed gave us a good night's sleep. I'm 6ft 300lbs and there was plenty of room in the living and bedroom and just enough room in the bathroom and shower. We would use this RV again. We already planning our next trip!

This was my family’s first RV experience. We drove 1500 miles throughout west Texas and it wouldn’t have been the success it was without the care and support of Tyler and family. He was fantastic and so easy to work with answering every question I had along the way. He took the time to show me everything I needed to know about operating the RV and was extremely responsive when I needed. My family had a blast on our trip and the RV was the focal point.

Tyler and Janet were absolutely wonderful! Super responsive to any questions we had. The RV was in excellent condition and we felt right at home. Tyler and Janet thought of everything. All we had to do was bring food and clothes, everything else was provided. We will absolutely look up Tyler and Janet again the next time we need an RV.

As first time users of an RV, Tyler and Janet helped make our experience as smooth as possible! They provided us with instructions on how to level, hook up, unhook and do just about everything for our trip! The RV comes equipped with everything you need including everything in the kitchen, and we loved that we could just hook our phones up to the RV for GPS and TVs for watching movies. We had several questions throughout our stay, and they were readily available to answer them for us. We look forward to booking again!
