We took the RV (family of 4) to Lake Havasu and the Grand Canyon, and it met all of our expectations. The RV was clean and ready when we received it, Luis was always responsive, helpful, and reasonable, and the drop off back to Luis was easy. My family really enjoyed the experience and will likely rent from Luis again.

We have just finished our 4 nights road trip with Luis RV. It was a great experience and comfy van. Luis provided a great service preparing the vehicle and being flexible to adjust to our schedule with pick up and drop off. The pick up and drop off went smooth. Luis was a great host and took his time to teach us the basics of the RV system to us newbies. The RV was comfortable and it came with linen, blankets, paper plates and napkins. Some basic kitchenware too and tea! Only minor issues was getting a carseat situated safely for my 4yr old; however, managed though. Nonetheless, I highly recommend this RV for any family road trip.

Thank you Cindy, I’ll upgrade the seatbelts for anchoring children, I noticed that with my own child. Only one seatbelt has the child anchor and I forgot to mentioned to you, sorry about that.

Renting this RV from Luis was such a great experience starting from pick up. He took time to go through every aspect of the vehicle to make sure I was comfortable before leaving. He also had every amenity I could ask for from fresh sheets to paper goods. He was very generous and easy to work with . The RV itself is awesome! Easy to drive and comes with all the bells and whistles. Already looking forward to my next trip in this motorhome. If I could give it 6 stars I would.

incredible experience, Luis is a great host who was always on the lookout for us and explained all the operation of the RV so that we could enjoy the trip, the RV is fully equipped and you do not require anything additional to enjoy it, it is a great advantage that Luis speaks Spanish and is super close to the CBX so that as soon as you cross the border you start enjoying your trip. highly recommended
