To begin our trip, the key to get into the compartments and waste area broke when the owner was showing us the coach. Unfortunately it was the only key he had, therefore we had no access to the compartments.
None of the plugs, usb ports or radio worked while driving. We were unable to charge our phones while driving. The only way to charge our phones was to turn on the generator which never stayed on. Causing our food in the refrigerator to go bad. The refrigerator door did not have a security strap so all the food flew out even on gentle turns, causing me to rig up my cooler as a door stop.
The passenger side mirror did not work for most of the trip, the last day it worked intermittently. The mirror was loose so the wind blew it out of position making it hazardous.
The windshield fluid and automatic wipers did not work.
There were no batteries in any of the TV remotes.
When hooked up to the city water the fresh water tank over flowed causing flooding in the bedroom and bathroom. So we could not use city water.
When hooked up to land power the outlets in the kitchen under cabinet and under dining table did not work. I had to make toast in the bedroom and coffee on the front dashboard.
The bunkbed above the driver and passenger did not stay latched.
The broom was broken when we got the coach making it very difficult to clean. ( we fixed the broom)
The coach was dirty and the condition of it was very poor. The floor was coming up under the couch, the upholstery was constantly flaking off creating a huge mess.
There were also no cleaning supplies to deal with everything, causing me to purchase items that should have come standard.
Please see the dirty condition in the photos as well as the water and wet towels on the floor.
Considering all we had to endure, we request compensation for a poorly appointed motor coach.

Great experience with this RV. The owners are great and communicate well, especially when you need them if there are any issues. Overall, I would recommend this RV and owner to the next persons wanting a great travel experience!

Absolutely great RV and terrific Owners! Our family rented this RV for 19 days in September 2022, for a family trip to Colorado (Pikes Peak) and down to the Grand Canyon. We had an absolutely wonderful time! The RV ran like a top and everything worked well. (We did have one small hiccup, but Kyle was on top of it and took care of everything lightning fast!) I definitely hope to rent this RV from Kyle again; it was perfect for our family and the two bathrooms was a really great asset, especially when everyone in the family needs to use it at the same time. (To show what upstanding people the Owners are, when my wife discovered that we had left several items in one of the storage compartments under the RV, after we returned from dropping the RV off, I called the Owner and asked him to hold on to the stuff or a few days until I could figure out when I could to make the 2 1/2 hour drive to pick them up. He text'd me the next day and said that he would mail them to us! Most people would not be so considerate......very thoughtful Owners!

The RV was really nice. Everything worked, it was clean and Kyle and Ricky were nice to deal with. We drove this RV 44 hours in 4 days. Should have scheduled more down time. Got 8 miles to the gallon. Very good for a machine this big. The 2 bathrooms were a big help also.

Took a great road trip with my wife, kids and inlaws. These guys are great and the RV was wonderful.
