The owner responded quickly until he got the money then I have to call outdoorsy to call him to respond to my message. It never should have been rented. Too many things wrong with the rv. One major issue is the jack doesn’t work to stabilize it. There was no hose for water. Look at the notes from all the times I called outdoorsy. It doesn’t look like the picture advertised and it definitely is not easy to put up $ down.

Trailer would have been great but the furnace was broken and the owner didn’t know about it until we already got up to camp and we found out. Didn’t end up actually staying in it because of this. The rest of the trailer seemed fine for the price. Didn’t come with a generator or tv as described in the listing. We did end up working out a good agreement with the owner because of the furnace issue, so that was very kind and helpful. If he gets the furnace working, it should be great.

The rental included a $50 prep fee but trailer was clearly not prepped - grass had grown tall around where it was parked and it did not look like it had been set up or cleaned out in quite some time. There were dead bugs and dirt throughout that could not be seen until we got to destination and set it up. Showed pictures and they would not budge on any reimbursement of the prep fee. It was also very difficult to put back together. We did not use the bathroom or stove so cannot speak to those but the electric worked fine.
