Cleanliness is a problem. Obviously just surface cleaned. The shower screen is gross and needs replaced and renters need educated about leaving it open to dry after use. Had to clean the A/C filters out, the grill knob was broke, gas line wouldn’t connect correctly, the entry door is a real problem that needs to be addressed (very frustrating), other broken items that were not in the listing. Other than that, everything else is functioning for the most part. Spacious and nice lay out.

Brian was an amazing host and very quick to respond. The camper was very well stocked with anything we needed and it was so nice to have it set up for us since we are new to camping. We definitely hope to visit Zion again soon!

The RV rental was better than expected! As someone who has never owned or stayed in an RV before Brian was great with explaining how the RV working and staying in communication over the week to make sure everything was going smoothly. We had a great time camping and would recommend Brian to everyone!

Had an amazing trip. First time in a fifth wheel and it was a great experience. The trailer was not clean on the cupboards and fridge so we cleaned that before getting our stuff in. The batteries were not sustaining a charge. Brian was great to respond and brought out new batteries. While there were a few things we still had an amazing experience.

Brian was an amazing host. He dropped off trailer and had setup by time we arrived. It was our first time trailer camping as a family. It was wonderful experience. Brian had a clean trailer, with great features, and ample space for our needs. It was equipped with bedding, towels and many things you'd need.

We paid for delivery and the owner set up the trailer for us. It was well worth it. It was spacious and comfortable. We had some minor questions and the owner was very responsive. I would definitely rent this trailer again.
