About Julio and Jessica's RV rentals
We are enjoying our second year of RV camping with our two teenage boys. We love to take a break from city life and just take the RV out to a lake or the countryside to reconnect with each other and get away from video gaming and electronics. We love our RV so much and how it brings our family together that we wanted to share the fun with other campers.

This was our second time to use this RV, great experience both times. The RV was clean and well equipped with high quality gear. Easy to set up and very comfortable. Appreciated the help at pickup and drop off connecting and disconnecting the RV from my vehicle. Very helpful and pleasant folks to deal with. Thanks!

Outdoor griddle is not connected and useless. Camper has roaches. Food crumbs all in cushions at table. No soap provided for cleaning. No mop. No container for water hose and filter. Container for sewage hose too small and only fit one hose not all of them. Walls of camper have heavy water damage. When you close slide water pours in from the AC. Used personal towels to soak up the water.

Ma’am, I know you’re upset that we charged the extra cleaning fee but please don’t lie. There’s a mop and bucket in the closet. There are both windex and fabuloso sprays under the sink. There are 2 hoses in their storage units in the back of the rv 50 foot each. You left the bed and bed sheets peed. You threw the sewage hose unclean inside the storage compartments that is right below the main bedroom. We had to clean sewage from the storage. You threw the clean water filter inside the bucket that had the black tank elbow. We only charged you $100 for having to clean your poop. We asked you at pickup if you needed help, and you said you had rented many rv’s before. You did not call at any time during the trip to let us know of any issues and you didn’t mention any of these when you dropped it off. We thoroughly clean the rv when it’s returned and again before any new trip. There are absolutely no roaches in our rv. This is the first time any of these issues have been mentioned.

Great hosts with great communication before and during the rental. Our rental was stationary at a state park and Julio was on time for both drop-off and pick-up. He was very thorough in his walkthrough of the RV at handoff. Would absolutely rent from them again!
