First, the experience with Hong exceeded all my expectations. The communication is fast and clear. Hong explained all the systems in the van, which was extremely helpful for someone that isn't experienced. During the trip Hong was available for questions that came up and responded quickly. Hong is the ideal host, and makes the experience incredible.
The Van was clean, fueled, and had no issues at all. It has a lot of features, and although everything was explained, I still needed some help during the trip. Having good communication was essential to the quality of the trip and reducing stress!
Can't recommend this van and owner enough.

Hong was amazing. He made us feel very important and made sure we had all we needed for 5 days. The most accommodating host we’ve had renting from Outdoorsy and AirBnB. I can’t wait to rent again from him.

Hong is AMAZING! His hospitality is unmatched and he made our first Outdoorsy rental experience top notch. We surprised our kids with the vehicle to drive up to Oregon to visit family and they said it was the best surprise ever. The vehicle was stocked with everything we needed. The vehicle was clean and well maintained. Hong was great at communicating and took his time to explain how everything worked before we started. We highly recommend renting your next RV from Hong and looking forward to our next trip!

Hong was extremely easy to work with, very responsive to all of our questions and very accommodating to make our RV trip pleasurable and fun! He supplied the RV with bed linens, silverware, pots and pans, a Portable Power Station with solar panels to charge it, a bike rack (which he bought for us right before our trip), a small portable space heater and a wifi extender, which worked perfectly. Hong also dropped off the RV at the airport gate with a full tank of gas when we arrived and met us close by the airport for our departure, driving us to our departure gate in the RV. Thank you so much Hong!! You are awesome!

More than the owner, Hong is a beautiful human being. His kindness, love, support and smiles make any adventure a lifelong memory. The RV was in perfect conditions, better than the pics. Hong will always try that you get the best benefits of the deal. He will treat you as a friend rather that a renter.

Hong was the best host we could have asked for. He was very responsive the whole time before and during the trip. He continuously made our life so much easier by picking us up and dropping off at the airport and providing the best customer service imaginable. This RV was the cutest, most perfect space for two people. We had people asking us where we got it from left and right. We will definitely be using Hong for our RV rentals in the future. 10/10 recommend! Thank you for everything!!

I don’t even know where to begin with our amazing experience with Hong and his Irok camper vehicle… it truly made our trip a memorable one for years to come. From the quickest communication to the most convenience we have ever experienced. Hong was very responsive to our trip arrival
Times even after our flight was delayed and we arrived late. He went and did shopping for us which was completely unheard of until we met Hong. He picked us up from the airport with snacks and refreshments. He showed us the ins and outs of the camper and everything we needed to know. He was always available for us to contact every step of the way with anything we needed. He supplied us with even more than what we needed. The vehicle is amazing. Very high end it was like staying in a traveling luxury condo. Very spacious, bathroom, shower, comfortable bed, tv, Bluetooth speaker, sink, induction cook top and even a convection microwave oven. It was truly luxurious “glamping” at best. It had everything we needed and more and the longer we spent in it the more amazing things we found out about it. Everything was so custom and nicely pieced together. The finishes in the unit were beautiful. This camper vehicle made our trip. Traveling with our amazing hotel room truly made the experience one to remember. Drop off for the vehicle was also super convenient and we even got a ride and dropped off at airport. We are from Hawaii and Hong extended his sincerest “aloha” to us. We will be renting again from him in the future and highly recommend anyone that is fortunate to come across his vehicles rent from him too.
