Good: he is really polite and guided me how to use the RV clearly.
Bad: he didn’t fill the water tanks full so we had to be VERY careful to use the water. He told us to reduce use of water, cooking and the stove stopped working after two uses. We can’t even go to the washroom without the RV smelling like a dumpster.

The trailer was exactly as listed. You’ll need to bring most of your own cooking supplies, but the inside was otherwise tidy. The floor was a little dirty after the delivery person entered with their shoes on.
Everything worked well, and we really enjoyed our stay. Delivery was delayed due to traffic, but unfortunately we weren’t notified until we reached out to inquire. Pickup was also scheduled before checkout time. Overall, we had a great stay and appreciated the trailer being as described.

We needed a place to sleep for 2 nights (no hydro) and this RV served all our needs. It was clean, easy to setup and the hosts were very accommodating!

The trailer we rented was the perfect setup for us. We had an issue with the electrical and the host got back to us ASAP and it turned out to be the park’s electrical panel and all got resolved. I would 100% rent this trailer again!

Our family of 4 had a nice long weekend in the trailer. Communication was very good and it was all set up when we arrived. We weren’t expecting a fully stocked kitchen with utensils, dishes, cookware, and a kettle so that was a nice surprise when we forgot a few things.

Host was very responsive and supportive of our trip. We had a question about one of the trailer's features and were unable to figure it out so the host came to our site to make sure we were comfortable and didn't have any questions.

Trailer had been delivered to Pinery and set up before we arrived, air conditioning turned on and cooling. Trailer was clean, all essentials available and as described. Crystal responded promptly to all questions. We used to camp with tents many years ago but trailer camping was a luxury and a treat as we tried glamping instead. Thanks for offering up your trailer for the experience! My husband, 2 kids (ages 24 and 14) and myself had a great time! Relaxing and worry free and convenient.

Krystal was very quick to respond and helpful with all our questions. The trailer is small but was enough for our group of 5 to sleep comfortably. We did all our cooking outside and mainly used the trailer as a place to sleep. The heater worked well and we were kept warm at night. The mattress in the pop out bed is not very comfortable but knowing that I would next time lay down some comforters to increase the cushioning. We would rent again as it gave us what we needed and was extremely close to the Pinery which is where we were camping for the weekend. Super convenient!
