Overall our trip was great but unfortunately we had some electrical issues with the trailer at the beginning of our trip and that’s the only reason for the four stars instead of five. Jose was an excellent host and went above and beyond to fix the trailer problem we experienced. I would’ve given a one star rating had Jose not been exceptionally attentive to the situation. I will absolutely be a return customer in the future if I don’t purchase a trailer myself.

Overall, the trip was okay, but the experience with the RV owner was disappointing. Communication stopped the day before our trip, and the RV arrived nearly 3 hours later than the scheduled delivery time. During that time, I left multiple voicemails and messages but received no response.

The RV was perfect for our needs and equipped with everything for a comfy stay. Joe had the unit ready and all we had to do was settle in and relax. The weather turned on us and Joe was quick to help us make our evenings warm and cozy. Definitely recommend Joe and his RV. Five stars!!!!
