About Grant Cieslak

There is nothing better then traveling and exploring our amazing country. As an adventure van operator, I'm constantly adding more amenities to user experiences. I've been all over US and Canada extensively, but don't ask my favorite spot; it's a never ending journey to find it! I spend most my time climbing, mountain biking, and hiking. My four-legged adventure buddy, Annie, gets just as excited about the mountains and the desert as I do.

We really enjoyed our time in Grant's camper van. It's small enough to park anywhere and easy to drive. We never plugged in in our two weeks and stayed warm when we wanted to with the heater. Grant was thorough when explaining how everything worked and checked in with us. We'll certainly use the van again if we're in UT and need one.

The van is very convenient. You can go everywhere. The beds are confortables and pretty large. We did a road trip and it was really awesome to have this van. Grant is a very nice host and he is very professional. He explains everything on details so you have every part in mind and he also gives you videos in case you do not remember.
We really recommend this van and his owner. Thank you.

From pre trip planning to van pick up and drop off, Grant was quick to communicate, flexible with our schedule and helpful with trip suggestions. The van was equipped with extras like two bath towels, aluminum foil, fire starter, paper towels, olive oil and more that made the trip easier.

Grant’s van is in impeccable condition, and was absolutely perfect for our ten day romp about southern Utah. He was very helpful and friendly, and the van is well-stocked with the necessities.

Grant was absolutely amazing to work with for this trip! The camper van was in excellent condition, perfectly clean, and well stocked with the supplies needed for camping. We loved being able to drive our campsite around Utah with us and pulling over anywhere we wanted for a bathroom break, to make lunch or to see a beautiful view. Beats renting a car and staying in hotels. We utilized every feature of the camper while traveling and camping - fridge, stove, shower, toilet, kitchen sink, dishes, towels - everything was user friendly. Our kids loved the pop-up tent and murphy bed to hang out in and the adults found both beds very comfortable. We can't imagine doing a Utah road trip any other way.

We had such a great experience exploring the Mighty 5! Grant was organized, communicative, and thoughtful. Everything we needed from kitchen items, cleaning supplies, and bedding was included.

What a great adventure van! Grant was super sweet and made sure everything in the van was perfect before our departure. We had a small miscommunication at the beginning but Grant made sure it didn’t affect our vacation in any way and jumped through hoops to accommodate us. The van itself was the perfect way to see multiple national parks. We highly recommend renting through Grant, you won’t regret it!

Absolutely awesome experience! This was our first experience renting a van/camper, and Grant made that process smooth and got us situated and feeling comfortable! We loved exploring the national parks in the van. Van had great amenities including toilet, sink, storage bins, chairs, cooking gear, bear spray, heat, and solar panels which allowed us to never need an electrical hookup when camping. 10/10 recommend renting this van for your next adventure!!

We really enjoyed the Winnebago. We were 4 adult women so we had to do some maneuvering around at times. The main bed was comfortable. The nighttimes were very cold so the pop-up sleeping was very cold to sleep in as the heat didn't rise as we thought it would. Grant supplied dishes, silverware, glasses, a pan and a pot, a coffee press and cookware, but no coffee cups. The only condiments available were salt and pepper. I'm just pointing this out so you know what you will have and will need to get. Grant was very responsive every time I communicated with him, which was very helpful when we weren't sure about operating something. My suggestion is the directions on how to operate the major components (heat, water, gray and black water tanks) should be written down and either be posted on his webpage for Outdoorsy or included in the camper to be referred to. There is so much to know at the orientation (if you are not familiar with operating this type of vehicle) that written instructions would be helpful when on the road. Otherwise, we had a great time!

Great rental. The rental held our family of four for an 8-day tour of Utah and Northern Arizona. It was clean, comfortable, and provided a fantastic base for our explorations. If I were to return I’d 100% rent again.

Grant is wonderful to work with. Very responsive. The van is easy to drive, easy to park, good on gas mileage for a RV, and the pop top was great for our family of four. The solar was awesome - I didn’t have to think about batteries and we were unplugged for a week.

Grant was great but we only met briefly before being handed off to another person for pick up&return. The van was fine, the photos/descriptions of items was inaccurate/lacking; no measuring cups or French press as shown in photos, the chairs for rent were huge and not reasonable for a limited space camper van (we had to buy backpacking chairs to fit with the luggage), the sleeping bags are mummy bags (would have been helpful info before renting). The heat in the van did not work the first night, the guy that did pick up said “it happens sometimes and you just turn it off and back on again” which wasn’t helpful in the morning after a very cold night. No other mechanical issues; a cheat sheet guide or a YouTube video before the trip would help to reduce the requested 2ish hour overview of everything which we were charged early pick up fees for. 11am return or $50/hr late fee when the parks are a few hours away is shortsighted when advertised for the national parks.
