Yes, this is the first time this happened in our 3 years of renting. The camper was still available but our tow vehicle had a problem that needed to be fixed. We let the renter know as soon as the issue happened and made sure to connect them with the outdoorsy team to get them a replacement rental.

Hosts were extremely personable and easy to work with. Camper was set up with pretty much everything you could ever need! It was clean and comfy and my kids had a blast staying in a camper for the first time! Thanks for making our trip one to remember!

The Owners was there for me all weekend, from beginning to the end. I can't say Thank you to the Owners enough. All questions answered within minutes. The bedding really made we feel like I was home, pretty and very clean.

We had a wonderful trip and Lauren and Ryan were the nicest people! The camper was perfect. Definitely cozy, but everything we needed. This was our first time renting a camper, and with the added "set-up" option, it was the way to go. During set-up, it was discovered that the heater was not working. But Lauren and Ryan returned a few minutes later, fixed the heater, brought us a "back-up"...just in case, and left us chocolate. That right there gets them five stars...:-) Thanks Lauren and Ryan!!
