The black tank sensor read 2/3 full even after we had it flushed twice. My guess is there was something blocking the sensor. Otherwise the camper was spacious, clean and comfortable! Agatha was great to work with and pick up and drop off were easy and quick! We would definitely rent from her again!

Camper was fine. But renter said it was cleaned and sanitized but there was dried food on all the plastic bowls and utensils. They showed me when I picked up black and green sensomor did not work and showed full.

The camper was returned with the black and grey tanks full. They were not emptied. This service was discussed at time of pick-up and I've clearly showed the dashboard where it can be checked that the tanks were properly emptied. Everything was provided that was required to use the camper along with emptying the tanks.

Heat did not work as agreed upon and we were accused of damage we did not do, and/or, items that were previously damaged. The ladder bolts came out of the plastic as shown in the picture and we were told that it would be turned over for an estimate. It was clearly not broken from any misuse. We are lucky no one got hurt. Also, they said we caused damage to a window in the top bunk, however due to the lack of heat and ladder the bed was only occupied for one night while our child was asleep. We feel like these damages were preexisting and are trying to be charged to us. We also paid to have the camper arrive with water and it was not prefilled. Additionally, we had to fill our own propane tank. We spent several hours of our holiday trying to fix the heater only to give up and stay someplace else.

The camper was used at a residential property on a driveway and it did not have the proper electrical power to use all of the features including heat. When the camper is not hooked up to a traditional power supply that is available at campsites, a generator is required which is mentioned in the listing description. The camper is also equipped with 2 propane tanks that were full when it was delivered. During the rental, the propane gas was used so that's why it needed to be refilled. The bunk ladder was fully functional when the camper was delivered and we were notified by your husband that it was damaged. Our camper is inspected prior to each rental to ensure the renters have the most enjoyable experience.

The RV was awesome! Very clean, well-maintained and ready to go. The owners were easy to work with, got back fast with questions and helpful for someone that was relatively new to towing an RV. Highly recommend these guys and their RV!

The trailer was extremely well-kept with everything we needed for a quick weekend with minimal packing. All of the necessary tools and instruments were included. It was my first time renting and I appreciated the flexibility.
