Destination Liard hotsprings... Wonderful experience! Kris is honest and helpful.
Van pros: Plenty of room, king size bed, enough kitchen space, handles well on the road.
Cons: Weird odor from not sure where? (Vents?) Only had electric heater so we had to pay for campground power. Wanted to do off grid camping. Still enjoyable just more $$.

we loved our camper van experience, Kris gave us good advice for our road trip, despite the problem of the rear door which did not lock and which we solved with Kris and the fact that some basic accessories were missing that we purchased Kris refunded our purchases! you can rent Kris’ camper vans without any worries!

Overall, we enjoyed our trip and like the concept of Outdoorsy, but we likely would not rent this van again. Our host, Kris, was responsive and helpful to questions before and during the trip and seemed like an all-around kind and honest person. Thank you Kris :) For reference, we were traveling with two adults and small children (under 6 years old).

Kris was very kind and went through everything regarding the van in detail and answered any questions we had. The van runs great and is perfect for a small group. Sleeps 3 perfectly but you could squish a 4th or 5th comfortably. Not bad on fuel! Was a great experience overall!

Kris was very thorough in showing us all of the details about the van, the equipment, and how to operate everything. He was very friendly, and helpful, and he answered all of our questions promptly, which was very appreciated!
We used his camper van for our family of 4 (2 adults + 2 kids) on a 10 day trip all throughout the Rockies and then to Drumheller in August. It did a great job for us for what we needed and were looking for. Very minimal setup and tear down at your camping site, leaving you more time to enjoy your trip. The top "tent" is great...the kids loved it. The fan in the ceiling and leaving the windows open helps at night when sleeping inside the van on hot summer nights. The fridge was super handy and kept things very cold. We bought much of our food and it made it easy to just stop anywhere and have some sandwiches or snacks for lunches when you're on the road.
Pretty much everything you need for a camping trip is included, except towels (which we brought our own), and campfire roasting sticks.
A tank of fuel goes a long way in this van.

Fantastic trip! The Van served its purpose. The owner kept in touch during the trip via text to make sure everything was running smoothly. Some minor hiccups barely worth mentioning, more so just quirks with the van. Sliding door was difficult to latch closed. The bed retracting button button didn’t work on its own, you had to help push it along psychically while pressing the button. The microwave didn’t work. But he went over all the work arounds, so we weren’t surprised.
All in all great trip. Would recommend and would rent this van again.

First time using Outdoorsy and first time with a sprinter van. I have to say, I understand why so many are into this type of travel. This was a great experience all around. The owner was friendly, the vehicle worked perfectly to our needs, and all expectations were met or surpassed.

The camper was great! And Kris was wonderful. He helped us set it up (we stayed in relatives yard) and his communication was prompt! Highly recommend this camper! It was clean and very easy to use.

I would strongly suggest not renting this trailer. Our experience was horrible. To start the trailer was dirty, inside and out, and was not as described in the ad (no awning, broken door & broken step)

OMG! It was fantastic... I have never camping before 🏕. The experience with Kris was great right from the beginning. I had booked the camping van the same day that I needed for. Thanks to Kris and the customer service, everything was fast and easy. Kris was really good answering questions and recommending places to go. He explained everything before I started my adventures with this pretty mobile home. It was really easy to drive, perfect condition 👌 I went to Jasper and Banff and I have a wonderful experience, we were 4 adults, it was comfortable to sleep in the roof. I love the dark sky at night it was one of the most stunning moments of my trip. The contact with the nature and have the peace of mind that I have were to sleep, eat and transfer all of that from one source was really convenient. Kris really cared about us. He texted me to asking if everything was OK and if I needed help or advice with something. I really like that about him. He is Fantastic and his van is 100% worth. I honestly have the most wonderful experience camping in my life, and believe me I am not a camping person. I do always prefer 5 🌟 hotels than anything else. But, if someone ask me about about my experience in this case I will always prefer a camping van to drive to the parks and stop wherever I want and have the peace of mind than a hotel. It was super worth and Kris made this adventure easy and pleasant with his service. Kris was so kindly that he dropped us in the airport after we were done our adventure. Thank you so much!

OMG! It was fantastic... I have never camping before. This is the most increíble experience in the forest. It was increíble right from the beginning Kris answered my question right away. I booked it the same day and honestly Kris and Outdoorsy customer service were so fast to make the reservation right away. Kris is such a nice guy. He is super respectful, honest, patient, friendly and the most important he cared about us. Kris gave us a few recommendations for places to visit around. He actually texted me next day and the day after to asked if everything was OK or if we need help with something. I really like the experience and I will absolutely recommend him and use his services again.
100 % great camping experience 👌 the car was so easy to drive and super comfortable. I could say that the experience was much better than if I got a hotel. The dark sky at night in the middle of Jasper while I was sleeping in the roof of the van was completely worth 👌
