Our trip was awesome! The RV was easy to drive and we enjoyed the scenery as we traveled through multiple states. We had all the necessities and our dog which comfortably fit in the spacious interior of this RV. The sleeping accommodations were quite comfortable and the A/C climate control was great. Since we had no experience driving / traveling in an RV, we had a few questions along the way (all of which were answered quickly). Ryan was very responsive and considerate while quickly resolving any questions at hand. Great customer service!!! Looking forward to our next RV adventure!

WE HAD ISSUES WITH THIS RV FROM DAY ONE. OUR JOURNEY WAS FROM FLORIDA- NORTH. WHEN WE REACHED GEORGIA THE REAR CABIN AC AND GENERATOR STOPPED WORKING IN 110 DEGREE WEATHER. WE REACHED OUT TO THE HOST AND WERE TOLD TO FIND A MECHANIC. THE NEXT DAY HE ARRIVED . HE WAS ABLE TO GET THE AC WORKING AND THE GENERATOR WORKING BUT THAT WAS SHORT LIVED IT BROKE DOWN AGAIN. DURING THIS TIME THERE WAS NO TV OR ELECTRICAL WORKING WHICH MEANT THE TOILET PUMP WASNT WORKING EITHER. WHEN CONTINUING ON THE JOURNEY THE FRONT AC STOPPED WORKING AND THEN THE RV WOULD NOT START...I AM SHOCKED THAT THIS VEHICLE WAS PASSED FOR RENTAL FOR SAFETY REASONS. I COULD GO ON ABOUT HOW DISSAPOINTED WE WERE WITH THIS RV AND HOW THE HOSTS HANDLED THIS SITUATION. THEY MADE US FEEL LIKE WE WERE BEING DISHONEST. WE HAVE DOCUMENTATION OF THESE ONGOING ISSUES AND IF THEY MAY HAVE KNOWN ABOUT IT ...THATS UNEXCEPTABLE. RENTERS BE AWARE . OUR TRIP INCURRED EXTRA EXPENSES AND WE LOST 5 DAYS OF OUR TRIP AND THE HOSTS DIDNT EVEN OFFER ONE NIGHT HOTEL COMPENSATION...

Amber and Ryan were awesome! This was our first time renting and driving an RV and we had the best experience. Their RV was perfect and great for our road trip! So happy with outdoorsy and Amber and Ryan! Highly recommend

Our experience was fantastic. The hosts were very nice and attentive. They communicated well with us, delivered and explained the RV and were available through out our trip to answer any questions that we had. I would definitely recommend this RV and hosts for rental.

Very nice trip over Thanksgiving. We didn't overnight in the van but had a great time running around the Highlands area of North Caroline. My wife and I, our two boys and my parents drove up and back Very comfortably. My sister-in-law's family joined us in NC and we maxed out all nine seats while visiting almost every waterfall we could find.

The owner was very friendly, knowledgeable and just plain nice. The Airstream was neat, clean and top notch. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience. It was also easy to drive.

We had an amazing first experience renting through outdoorsy. Amber and Ryan set the bar really high! They were so responsive with all and any questions we had throughout our trip. The RV was in pristine condition, the walkthrough was thorough and to the point. This RV is truly luxury. The drive was incredibly smooth and sleeping was comfortable! We look forward to our next trip in this RV!

10 out of 10 everything!!! The van looks like new, very clean, everything works properly. So easy to drive it and to use all the features. Ryan is amazing. He texted me back very soon every time I needed him. What can I say? This is the van you need!

Overall Experience was ok. The RV was missing covers and sheets for the beds.
We had to bring our own toiletries (shampoo, soap, etc). The RV had a problem with a the macerator pump, which prevent us from using the sink on the second day. Luckily this was a short trip for us. Ryan was great to deal with and great communication.
